About
Hello and Welcome!
I‘m Adeola Ogunwole and I am committed to one mission above all else: empowering companies at all stages to foster deeper customer relationships.
I do this through consulting, coaching, speaking, and writing.
With a blend of global commercial leadership and a deep-rooted passion for data and insights, I pride myself on being a dynamic, hands-on business strategist. My journey has taken me from unicorn tech startups to Fortune 500 companies, delivering a diverse spectrum of business experiences. Across my career, I've been recognized for my ability to nurture growth through insights into acquisition, account management/upsell, retention, and funnel strategy development.
I've had the privilege of working in senior roles at leading innovative organizations such as sennder, HERE Technologies, Hult International Business School, Apollo Education, Quinstreet, and General Mills. I thrive on building operational teams from scratch and managing budgets with a discerning eye on the P&L. Regardless of the business type – B2C, consumer tech, SaaS, or B2B marketplaces – I've developed a knack for creating growth structures that drive impact.
My personal journey has played a significant role in shaping my professional path. Raised in an immigrant household and enriched by my global travels, I'm deeply committed to contributing to organizations that make a tangible difference in the world. As an alumnus of the North Carolina School of Science and Math, and with a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Harvard Business School, having a passion for lifelong learning has been core to sense of motivation and purpose.
Apart from my consulting work, I'm the proud founder and CEO of Ayo Skincare, a digital-first online skincare retailer. Being a business owner gives me an even deeper perspective on the challenges of entrepreneurship.
